Hello! I am Nicoletta and I am about to leave my lovely flat. The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is situated behind the Hubland Uni, just a short 6-minute bus ride, less than 10 minutes by bike, or a 15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right behind the house (Paul-Ehrlich-Straße, or Gerbrunn Rathaus) with buses to the city centre every 20 minutes. Additionally, there are several shops nearby, including Lidl, Tegut and Aldi, which are just 10 minutes away, and a Lidl halfway between the university and the apartment. Other amenities such as a bakery, Volksbank, savings bank, pharmacy/doctor, post office, swimming pool, and a kebab shop are also nearby, ensuring you are well taken care of.
The flat is for females only, with no pets and not smoking.
My flatmate is 30 years old and she is a post-doc at WB University. She speaks only English. While our landlady (of our age!) has a small room here and is rarely present during weekends or holidays due to her busy schedule.
Our flatshare is generally quiet, and we often cook and eat together, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The room will be available from 30 of March and we are looking for a roommate between the ages of 28 and 35. Experience in shared accommodation is necessary, and if you would like to schedule an inspection, simply send us a message with a brief description of yourself.
The room is furnished like in the pictures, there is a fee of 220€ to buy the furniture (bed, mattress, clothing rack, and lamp, which were bought from IKEA only 3 months ago, plus drawers, shelves, a desk and a chair). We can arrange for an in-person viewing or even an online appointment.
