Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet die Möglichkeit, die Möbel nach Belieben zu bewegen. Sie können sofort einziehen, wenn Sie möchten. Zu den vorhandenen Möbeln gehören ein Bett, eine Matratze, ein kleines Sofa, ein Stuhl, ein Tisch, 1 Satz Regal (Schwarz), 1 einzelnes Regal (Holz) und 1 Schrank. Das Zimmer ist hell wegen des Fensters.
Die Wohnung wird mit zwei Jungs geteilt. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, einem Kühlschrank, einem Tisch, grundlegenden Utensilien und viel Stauraum ausgestattet.

The room is spacious with an option to move around the furniture to your liking. You can move-in immediately if you want. The existing furniture includes a Bed, Mattress, small Sofa, Chair, Table, 1 Set of Shelf (Black), 1 singular Shelf (wood) and 1 Cupboard. The room is bright because of the window.
The Apartment is shared with two guys. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a fridge, a table, basic utensils and a lot of storage.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer günstigen Lage für Studenten und Arbeiter. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt von Montag bis Freitag alle 20 Minuten. Der Lidl-Supermarkt ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Institut für Informatik ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Innenstadt und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie bequem mit dem Bus. Die Sparkasse befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Apartment.

The apartment is at a convenient location for both students and workers. The Bus Stop is a 2 minute walk. The bus comes every 20 minutes from Monday to Friday. Lidl Supermarket is a 10min walk. The Institute of Computer Science is a 12 minute walk. You can easily reach the City Center and Hauptbahnhof by bus. The Sparkasse bank is just across the street from the Apartment.

Die Wohnung wird von 2 Jungs geteilt. Sie kommen aus der Arbeiterklasse. Beide sprechen gut Deutsch und wenig Englisch. Sie haben kein Problem damit, die Übersetzer-App zu verwenden, wenn sie Schwierigkeiten haben, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Sie sind gutmütig. Beide bleiben in der Regel wegen der Arbeit nicht viel zu Hause, sind aber am Wochenende anwesend. Sie kochen meist nicht regelmäßig zu Hause, so dass Sie jederzeit Zugang zur Küche haben.

The flat is shared by 2 guys. They are from the working class. Both speak good German and little English. They don't have any issue in using the translator app when they struggle to communicate in English. They are good natured. Both of them usually don't stay much at home because of work but are present during weekends. They mostly do not cook at home regularly so you have access to the kitchen at all times.

Neben den bereits erwähnten Kosten gibt es für das Jahr 2024-2025 einen jährlichen Beitrag für Heizung, Wasser und Strom, der im April gezahlt wird. Das waren insgesamt 150€ für die Wohnung, also 50€ pro Person. Ich bin für den Monat April geblieben, also nehme ich eine einmalige Zahlung von 45 € (wenn Sie im Mai einziehen) oder 40 €, wenn Sie später einziehen.

Apart from the costs already mentioned, there is yearly contribution for heating, water and electricity for the year 2024-2025 which is paid in April. That was a total of 150€ for the apartment, so 50€ each. I stayed for the month of April, so I will take a one time payment of 45€ (if you move in May) or 40€ if you move in later.
