Da ich wegen meines Praxissemesters ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suchen ich und meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen ( Sarah, BWL und Britta, Modern China) eine(n) Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er Wg im Zeitraum zwischen 1.September 2010 und 1.März 2011.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hell und möbliert.
Die Wohnung hat eine helle, große Wohnküche, eine Waschmaschine, Balkon und eine Abstellkammer. Auch interessant: Bad und Toilette sind getrennt! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 95qm groß. Sie liegt außerdem sehr zentral, 3min mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof und 10min in die Stadt.Kupsch, Norma, Schlecker, Bäckereien und Metzgereien gleich ums Eck.
