Das Zimmer ist ca 10qm groß und komplett möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch, Regal und einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl.
Ihr müsst dafür lediglich eine kleine Kaution bezahlen zur Sicherhet. Die Küche und das Bad teilt ihr euch mit einer sehr netten Mitbewohnerin, die zu der Zeit vermutlich jedoch kaum da sein wird.
Das Zimmer ist in einem Wohnheim an den Unikliniken, ein Bus fährt so 5 mal in der stunde direkt vor der Haustür zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Pestalozzistr. Das Wohnheim besitzt auch einen großen Parkplatz falls ihr ein Auto habt.
Zu der Miete von 206 € kommt NICHHTS mehr drauf, die ist fix.
Ich möchte auch nochmal betonen, dass das Zimmer nur für März vermietet wird, wenn gewünscht geht auch schon ab Mitte Februar.
