Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, das Zimmer ist 10,7qm groß. Das Haus wurde vor unserem Einzug im letzten Jahr renoviert. Wir haben eine Abstellkammer was die Ordnung ein bisschen erleichtert in der Wohnung und es ist auch ein Kellerabteil vorhanden. Es gibt leider keinen Balkon, aber einen außenliegenden Gang auf der Etage, wo wir Gartenmöbel aufgestellt haben.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Geschäfte (Kupsch, Norma, diverse Bäcker und einige sonstige Läden) sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß bzw. nach 2 Stationen mit der Bahn erreichbar.
Wir sind beide männlich, 20 Jahre und studieren Jura bzw. Medienkommunikation. Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin die einigermaßen ordentlich bzw sauber ist, gut zu uns in die WG passt und auch gelegentlich Lust auf gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten (zusammen kochen, feiern gehen, etc.) hat. Uns ist wichtig dass wir gut miteinander auskommen damit ein angenehmes Zusammenleben möglich ist.
