I'm looking for an intermediate rent for a room in my Wg in Sanderau.
The room is very large (25 m2) and through the two windows and heating also beautifully bright and warm. So there's plenty of room for a big bed, maybe a couch, a desk and then there's still room.
Otherwise there is no lack of anything, there is a small but fine bathroom, the kitchen also invites you to dine and linger with table and chairs. There is also a small basement compartment with storage space and a washing room. A dishwasher also has the kitchen.

Ich suche eine Zwischenmiete für ein Zimmer in meiner Wg in der Sanderau.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (25 m²) und durch die beiden Fenster und Heizungen auch schön hell und warm. Es ist also viel Platz für ein großes Bett, vielleicht eine Couch, einen Schreibtisch und dann ist immer noch Platz.
Auch ansonsten mangelt es an nichts, es gibt ein kleines aber feines Bad, die Küche lädt neben dem Kochen auch noch mit Tisch und Stühlen zum speisen und verweilen ein. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil mit Stauraum und einen Waschraum. Eine Spülmaschine hat die Küche auch.
The apartment is only five minutes away from the Straba stop Marriage House and the Sanderring is also within walking distance. What is great in summer is the proximity to the Main. By bike you can spend the afternoons and evenings very well in a few minutes at Graf-Luckner-Weiher.
Die Wohnung ist nur fünf Minuten von der Straba-Haltestelle Ehehaltenhaus entfernt und auch der Sanderring ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Was gerade im Sommer super ist, ist die Nähe zum Main. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Graf-Luckner-Weiher und kann die Nachmittage/Abende sehr gut dort verbringen.

I am Cori, 26 years old and I study teaching with the subjects Biology and English. I like to do a lot of sports and play Ultimate Frisbee, go out jogging or bouldering. I love dogs and watch one at a time (Jack), then you will sometimes see them.
