Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet mit Blick auf Palmen (im Vorgarten des Hauses gegenüber). Es ist zwar ein bisschen schmal, langt aber vollkommen aus, um daraus ein gemütliches Zimmer zu machen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 m2 groß und besteht aus 3 Wg-Zimmern, einem Esszimmer mit Küche und Balkon, einem Bad mit Badewanne und einer Abstellnische. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Kellerabteil 🙂
Wir haben die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, sind aber natürlich offen für neue Ideen 😉
Die Nebenkosten sind ungefähr 70 Euro pro Person für Strom, Heizung, Internet und GEZ (eventuell könnte es höher werden), d.h. es wären dann ingesamt ca. 430 Euro im Monat für das Zimmer 😊 Das klingt vllt erst mal sehr viel... die Vermieterin betont immer, dass man die ganze Wohnungsgröße und Lage miteinbeziehen muss.

Vinayak is 32 and comes from India. He likes to listen and share experiences with others and is easy to get to know. He works full time as a design engineer in the automotive industry and likes to come home and cook.
A clean apartment is important to him because he works full time and values coming home to a clean space where he can relax after work.
Phillip is a freelance musician who recently finished his master's degree in music performance at HfM Würzburg. He is often home during the day working and preparing for auditions. He also loves to cook and share with others. He is very active
with sports and music. He enjoys playing music but doesn't do so before 10 am or after 6 pm in order to keep the house calm when others are home from work.
