Hallo ZimmersucherIn!
Ich suche für mein Zimmer in einer süßen 2-er WG mit einer sehr netten Mitbewohnerin einen Zwischenmieter von Anfang Februar bis Ende Mai. (10.02.2009-31.05.2009)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und komplett ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Internet- und Telefonflat und diversem anderen "Schnick-Schnack" ;-)
Die WG ist ca. 65 qm groß und mit Küche, Bad, WC, zwei Abstellkammern und einem Kellerabteil sehr geräumig. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zur FH, Neuen Uni und an den Sanderring sind es nur 5 Minuten. Tegut, Kupsch, Norma, Bank, etc. sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Busline 10 (Haltestelle Adalberokirche) ist in einer Minute zu erreichen.
Die Miete beträgt mit allem drum und dran 261€ im Monat!
