Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Es ist etwa 16m² groß,und ist in einer 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Bad und WC untergebracht.
Im anderen Zimmer lebt ein Wirtschaftswissenschaftler (m/22Jahre) ^^
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, d.h. Bett, Schreibtisch/Stuhl, 2Regale, Schrank und Kommode.
Das Zimmer ist vom 1.03.2009 bis zum 20.08.2009 frei.
Die wohnung liegt sehr zentral,in nächster Nähe sind:Tegut, Kupsch, Bank/Postbank/Post.
zur Bushaltestelle zum Hubland sind es nur 5 min, zur Sanderuni auch. Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man zu Fuss etwa 15, mit der Straba etwa 10 min.
