Ich (27, m), Student in Würzburg und Karlsruhe, suche für die Würzburger Wohnung (2er WG, 56 qm) ein nettes WG-Mitglied.
Dein Zimmer ist ab Mitte September frei, knapp 16 qm groß und kostet kalt 210 € (inklusive Strom / Gas, Internet (Wlan)/Telefonflat, Kabel-TV-Anschluss: 309 €). Die Wohnung ist mit allem Möglichen ausgestattet: Waschmaschine,
Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach,Mikrowelle, Badewanne…
Die WG liegt unmittelbar am Park; Mensa, Neue Uni, Alte Uni und FH sind in 3-5 min, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Smart Shop, Norma, Tegut…) in 5-10 min erreichbar. Auch Kneipen und Cafés in der Sanderstr. sind direkt um die Ecke und in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In der Stadt ist man zu Fuß in 10 min.
Verkehrsanbindung besteht an die Linie 16, Straßenbahnlinien am Sanderring (1,3,4,5), sowie zum Nahverkehr über den Südbahnhof.
Außerdem befindet sich die WG in einem netten Haus mit unkomplizierten Nachbarn.
