Hi! Ich bin Emilia und ziehe Ende September aus meinem Zimmer in der Sanderau aus. Eine Größe von 17 qm bietet viel Platz. Ich habe neben allen üblichen Möbeln ein E-Piano im Zimmer und konnte noch ohne Probleme eine Sportmatte ausrollen oder eine Couch ausziehen :)
Außerdem fällt viel Licht durch das Fenster rein, das übrigens gut den Schall isoliert.
Das Bad ist nicht groß aber völlig in Ordnung und es gibt einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine.
Die Küche wurde Ende 2019 eingebaut und ist noch in Top-Zustand, deshalb würde ich gern 350€ Ablöse dafür nehmen.
Die Sanderau ist ein recht belebter Stadtteil und besonders beliebt bei Studierenden.
Die Wohnung hat echt eine super Lage:
Zu Fuß sind es
ca. 5 min bis zum Main,
ca. 7 min bis Tegut oder Edeka,
ca. 20 min bis in die Innenstadt
und etwa 10 min bis zur berühmten Sanderstraße, wo einige Bars und Clubs sind.
Gegenüber vom Haus ist ein Bäcker, die Straba-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und du bist damit in 15 min am Hauptbahnhof.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner wäre dann Tim.
Er ist 23, studiert Jura und geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio. Man kann sich super mit ihm unterhalten und er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für mich :)
Insgesamt war das Jahr das wir zusammen gewohnt haben zwar eine kurze, aber echt entspannte Zeit und ich kann Tim als Mitbewohner definitiv weiterempfehlen :)
