Ab dem 01.05.2024 wird mein schönes, 23 Quadratmeter grosses Zimmer, im Würzburger Frauenland frei. Das Zimmer befindetsich in einer 3er WG nahe des Hubland Campus.
Das Zimmer ist hell mit einem Fenster auf der Ostseite, also bekommst du früh bis mittags Sonne, was ganz angenehm ist. DerBoden ist aus Laminat und das Zimmer wird zum Einzug frisch gestrichen.
Nice, sunny 23 sqm room available from first of may. The room is located close to hubland university in the district Frauenland.The flat has three rooms plus a living room, which you and your two roommates share.

Die Lage ist eigentlich echt top. Die ganze Häuserreihe besteht aus Studenten-WGs und jungen Familien, was eine gediegeneAtmosphäre schafft. Ziemlich komfortabel ist, dass man die Uni am Hubland mit dem Fahrrad in 4min erreicht. In die Stadtkommt man von der Haltestelle Zollhaus Galgenberg, die zu Fuß 4min entfernt ist. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Buslinien und Nachtbusse,so dass man eigentlich überall hin kommt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Parkplatz, den du nutzen kannst. Die Wohnungbefindet sich inmitten einer grossen Grünfläche, die du zum Chillen, wie Grillen nutzen kannst.
The location of the apartment is really excellent. You can go shopping in less than 4 minutes on foot at the Hubland-Center, opposite you can also take a wonderful stroll in the white park. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Hubland Campus. It is less than 4minutes to the nearest bus stop and there is plenty of public transport going to the city center (avg. every seven minutes). On foot you can get to the city in 25 minutes. The bus takes 10 minutes. Private parking space is available, directly behind the apartment.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer internationalen 3er Berufstätigen-Wg. Deine Mitbewohner sind Mindy 31, aus Lithauen und Jyotsana 25, aus India. Beide sind berufstätig, entspannt, sportlich und aktiv. Es wäre sehr gut, wenn du Englisch sprechen könntest.Die Wohnung befindet sich inmitten einer grossen Grünfläche, die sich im Sommer ideal zum Sonnetanken nutzen lässt. Eine Grillstelle ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Your two roommates are Mindy 31, from Lithuania and Jyotsana 25, from India. They are both sporty and active people who like to chill and relax in the evenings. The apartment building is located within a lovely garden area, that belongs to the building complex. Here you can enjoy the sun and have a BBQ.
