Hallihallo,
da zwei unserer Mitbewohner*innen zum Monatswechsel Juni/Juli aus unserer 5er WG ausziehen, suchen wir einen (oder gern auch mehrere) liebe Menschen die mit uns zusammen wohnen möchten. Es werden zwei Räume frei, die du oder ihr als eigenen Wohnraum gestalten könntet: ein klassisches Zimmer mit ca. 15 m² und ein großer, ca. 30 m² großer Raum direkt daneben
Wir wollen hier explizit gern Paare, alleinstehende Eltern mit Kind, Einzelpersonen, ... ansprechen. Wir können uns verschiedene Raum- und Wohnkonstellationen gut vorstellen und freuen uns auf euch oder dich und eure/ deine Ideen 😊.
Das große Zimmer wurde bisher als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer nur sporadisch genutzt und könnte in Zukunft von dir/euch als zweites 'eigenes' Zimmer – oder weiterhin als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer - genutzt werden. Einen Teil dieses Wohnzimmers muss Sebastian durchqueren, um sein Zimmer im Spitzboden zu erreichen. Wir haben auch schon ein paar unfertige Ideen, diesen Treppenaufgang so abzutrennen, dass im Wohnzimmer Privatraum entsteht, da gibt es noch viel Raum zum gemeinsam Weiterspinnen. Möglich wäre bspw. auch, nur einen Teil davon für dich/euch abzutrennen.
Das kleinere Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer und hat eine Dachschräge, einen urigen Holzbalken und einen begehbaren Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Fotos folgen.
Je nachdem welche Zimmervariante (nur eins oder beide) von dir/euch bevorzugt wird und zu wievielt du/ihr einzieht, liegen die Gesamtkosten – warm, inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Internet und SoLaWü-Päckle - bei ca. 350€ (zwei Personen im kleineren Zimmer – so haben wir bisher gewohnt), ca. 500 € (eine Person im kleineren Zimmer oder zwei Personen, die beide Zimmer bewohnen) oder ca. 1000€ (eine Person, die beide Zimmer bewohnt) pro Kopf.
Auf dem gleichen Stockwerk wie die beiden freien Zimmer gibt es noch ein kleines Bad. Im Stock darunter gibt‘s eine wunderbare Vollholz-Gemeinschafts-Küche, ein zweites Bad, eine Terrasse. Außerdem haben wir Räume im Keller und unterm Dach mit Stauraum die von uns gemeinsam genutzt werden.

Hello there,
as two of our flatmates are moving out of our 5-person shared flat at the turn of the month June/July, we are looking for one (or more) dear people who would like to live with us. There are two rooms available that you could use as your own living space: a classic room of approx. 15 m² and a large room of approx. 30 m² right next to it.
We would like to explicitly address couples, single parents with children, single persons, ... . We can well imagine different room and living constellations and look forward to you and your ideas 😊.
The large room has so far only been used sporadically as a shared living room and could in future be used by you as a second 'separate' room - or continue to be used as a shared living room. Sebastian has to cross part of this living room to reach his room in the attic. We already have a few unfinished ideas for separating off this staircase to create private space in the living room. There's still plenty of room for us to continue planning together. It would also be possible, for example, to separate off just part of it for you.
The smaller room is right next to the living room and has a sloping roof, a rustic wooden beam and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Photos will follow.
Depending on which room option you prefer (just one or both) and how many of you move in, the total costs - warm, including all utilities, internet and SoLaWü package - are around €350 (two people in the smaller room - that's how we've lived so far), around €500 (one person in the smaller room or two people occupying both rooms) or around €1000 (one person occupying both rooms) per person.
There is also a small bathroom on the same floor as the two free rooms. On the floor below there is a wonderful solid wood kitchen, a second bathroom and a terrace. We also have rooms in the basement and under the roof with storage space that we use together.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich nahe des Ortseingangs von Zell am Main (Richtung Würzburg). Daher: top Fahrrad-Anbindung Richtung Stadt, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und das wunderschöne Zeller Wasserschutzgebiet zum Spazieren gehen nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Auch zum Main ist's nur ein Katzensprung, den sehen wir sogar von unserer Terrasse aus.

Our apartment is located near the entrance to Zell am Main (towards Würzburg). Therefore: excellent bicycle connections to the city, a bus stop right in front of the door and the beautiful "Zeller Wasserschutzgebiet" (an area of wood and meadows) only 3 minutes away. It's also just a stone's throw from the Main, which we can even see from our terrace.
Wir sind Laura, Jola und Sebastian – drei nette Menschen zwischen Mitte 20 und Mitte 30. Teils studierend, teils berufstätig, mit Spezialkenntnissen in: Musik, Handwerkeln und Tüffteln, Psychologie, Permakultur, Sport, ökologischer Landwirtschaft, Tanzen und einigem mehr.
Daneben legen wir Wert auf leckeres Essen aus nachhaltigen Lebensmitteln, einen gelegentlichen Sprung in den Main und sind generell gern draußen. Unser Treffpunkt ist meist die Küche, wo wir beim Essen zusammensitzen und uns über unsere Tage austauschen, gelegentlich auch gemeinsame Pläne schmieden. Unser Zusammenleben läuft gut, weil wir empathisch und rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen, uns bei Bedarf unterstützen und uns Freiraum nehmen wenn wir ihn brauchen. Nun suchen wir Menschen, die Lust haben, unsere Gemeinschaft weiter mit uns zu gestalten.

We are Laura, Jola and Sebastian - three nice people in our mid-20s to mid-30s, some of us studying, some of us working, with specialized knowledge in: Music, crafts and tinkering, psychology, permaculture, sports, organic farming, dancing and a few more.
We also value delicious food made from sustainable ingredients, an occasional dip in the River Main and generally enjoy being outdoors. Our meeting place is usually the kitchen, where we sit together over a meal and talk about our days, occasionally making plans together. Our life together works well because we treat each other with empathy and consideration, support each other when needed and give each other space when we need it. We are now looking for people who would like to continue to shape our community with us.
