Das Zimmer ist groß und zur Straße hin gerichtet.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und eignet sich auch vom Zeitraum perfekt für eine Zwischenlösung, falls die Wohnungssuche noch unerfolgreich war oder man nur für eine kurze Zeit ein Zimmer braucht.
Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und in 5min Fußweg ist man beim Schienenersatzverkehr.
Die WG löst sich auf, bis 01.06 wohnt noch Lars in der Wohnung.
Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das WG-Leben ist ruhig. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad, man hat alles was man braucht.
Wie schon geschrieben löst sich die WG auf, und ich habe bereits eine neue Wohnung, der Vertrag geht aber noch 01.07.
Preislich und zeitlich ist auch Spielraum, da das Zimmer sonst leer stehen würde.
