Wir suchen einen neues Mitglied für unsere nette, unkomplizierte 4er-WG (Lisa (24), Manuel (25) und Philip (25)). Die Wohnung ist renoviert, hat eine schöne Küche mit Waschmaschine, ein kleines Fernsehzimmer, Kellerabteil und einen sehr kleinen Balkon. Sie liegt Nahe an der Talavera, ca. 7 min Fußweg zur Bahn, kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer hat 14qm, ist gut geschnitten und wirkt dank 2,80m Deckenhöhe größer. Dazu gibt’s Blick auf die Steinburg.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 160,- plus 20,- Strom und ca. 10,- für Internet- und Telefonflatrate – also 190,- tuttocompletto ;-)
