Ich wohne hier mit meinem 2 Jahre alten Sohn in unserer 67qm Wohnung - ein Zimmer haben wir vorher schon an einen Mitbewohner vermietet - es ist nicht unbedingt noetig, Ich glaube aber, dass wir von einer_m passenden Mitbewohner_in mehr haben, als von dem extra Zimmer.
Du musst also dich mit Kindern gut verstehen, und auch Lust haben mit einem zusammenzuwohnen!
Wenn du auch ein Kind(/Kinder) mitbringst, waere das denckbar und auch positiv - wir koennten zB eins der beiden anderen Zimmern in ein geteiltes Kinderzimmer verwandeln.
Die Wohnung ist frisch grundsaniert und renoviert (von mir selbst mehrere Monate land durchgefuehrt)
- frisch abgeschliffene Dielen
- neu Tapeziert und gestrichen
- Bad gefliest
...
Waschmaschine und Spuelmaschine sind vorhanden.
Sie liegt im Dencklerblock in der Zellerau (= sehr schoenes Zusammenleben mit Nachbarn + nah an Straba/Main/Innenstadt und Supermaerkten)
Wir leben vegetarisch/vegan (Tendenz zur veganen Ernaehrung).
Ich suche nicht nach einer_m Zweck-Mitbewohner_in, sonder einer Person mit der wir den Lebensmittelpunkt Wohnung sehr gerne teile.

In my new renovated flat there is going to be a room available from the beginning of next month (december).
I live here with my 2 years old son - you have to enjoy kids and be really be willing to live together with one, to move in here.
We have a washing machine and a dishwasher, new tiles in the bathroom, new wallpapers and freshly restored wooden floorboards.
The flat is in 'Decklerblock' a cult place known for the social interactions of the many neighbours within the 2 courts and attics around.
The part of the city is: Zellerau
(close to city center, supermarkets, the river Main. tram in front of the door (though our flat is facing the other more quite side))
We eat vegetarian/vegan with a tendency towards being vegan.
Long-term or short term is both possible - important is to a share a home together happily, not just for the practical benefits of it.
