I am moving out of the WG by the end of October so we are looking for someone to take my place.
Yours will be a 28m² room (which 2 radiators inside so don't worry about it not being cozy on harsh winters) in a 4-Person WG. The apartment has 4 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet/washroom and 1 kitchen/living room. It is a very square room without any angled ceiling so it's very easy to organize it however you like.
Unfurnished.
The WG also has ample storage space available to use in our attic and cellar.
The location is simply awesome, living here you are within 30m of a tram and bus stop. There are 5 supermarkets located in less than a 20 min walk (3 of them under 5 min).
We have many different restaurants in the area, not to mention a post office station, hair/beauty salons, drugstores, butcher.
If you wanna go to the city center a brief 10-15 min walk through the old bridge is all you need. If you have a bike it's even faster.
For people who own a car the parking situation in the area is not bad, at worse you will be walking 5 minutes from where you parked you car until home.
Your roommates will be Chris and Arne, two nice german blokes currently studying Geography and Stephan, a brazilian/german architect which is in the process of degree validated here to start working in his area of expertise.
We are all very social and get along together nicely, we often hang around together in the kitchen driking/cooking and talking. Social get togethers with your friends/colleagues are not only accepted but also encouraged.
We have a cleaning plan in which everyone is in charge of cleaning one of the communal areas of the apartment every week, and it rotates.
The 380 euros cost constitues rent + energy + gas + internet. Once a year the Nebenkosten are calculated (building maintenance fees, water, boiler maintenance, etc) and the costs are divided proportionally to those who lived during the period.
Due to the schedule of my flatmates we will be starting the visitations on the beginning of October.
