In unserer schönen 2er WG wird zum 01.01.2019 ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 m^2 und kostet 245 EUR (kalt).
Die Wohung ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und das freie Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, wodurch noch viel Platz übrig bleibt. Ansonsten hat die Wonung einen kleinen Balkon, ein Bad einen langen Flur und eine Küche.
Die Wohung liegt am Anfang der Zellerau. Die Straba fährt direkt vor der Haustüre. Außerdem gibt es gleich in der Nähe viele Einkausmöglichkeiten (tegut, kupsch, norma, bäcker etc). Das Zentrum ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Derzeit wohnen hier Fynn (21), studiert Psychologie und Franzi (22) studiert Lehramt. Bisher hat das Zusammenwohnen super geklappt und wir haben gernen mal etwas gequtascht, gekocht oder ein Glas Wein getrunken. Allgemein läuft es sehr unkompliziert bei uns und jeder kann sich seinen Raum für sich nehmen, wenn man diesen braucht.
Wir würden uns trotzdem auf eine neute lustige und harmonische WG- Konstellation freuen!
