Akademiker, ordentlich, sauber, ruhig und mit langjähriger WG-Erfahrung sucht ab 1.7. oder 1.8.24 Zimmer in 2er-WG oder eine 1- bis 2 Zimmer-Wohnung - wichtig: nur Altstadt/ City Wü oder Nähe Innenstadt (Frauenland, Sanderau).
Aufgrund Familienwohnsitz und Dienstreisen werde ich in der Regel nur zwei- bis dreimal wöchentlich übernachten. Während des Tages bin ich meist im Büro.
