The room is approx. 12-13 square meters, rectangular and has a window out to the street. It is completely unfurnished.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, but you have to descend from the front door 2 steps and within the apartment one step. In addition to the bedrooms there is a kitchen with a dining area, which borders open to the hallway. We also have a living room with a small storage room. There is a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and a utility room with washing machine.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12-13 qm groß, rechteckig und hat ein Fenster zur Straße raus. Es ist vollständig unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, allerdings muss man von der Haustür aus noch 2 Stufen und innerhalb der Wohnung eine Stufe hinabsteigen. Neben den Schlafzimmern gibt es noch eine Küche mit Essbereich, welche offen an den Flur angrenzt. Weiterhin verfügen wir über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem kleinen Vorratsraum. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Toilette und einem Nebenraum mit Waschmaschine.
The apartment is centrally located between the university (Campus Grifflenberg) and the main railway station or the city centre. Both are within 10 minutes walking distance. Furthermore, 4 bus lines (603, 615, 625, 645) hold almost in front of the front door (stop Blankstraße). From this all go to the Hbf, 2 to the university and one to the Mensa and the Campus Freudenberg. During the lecture period there is also an e-line to the University and the Campus Freudenberg.
Furthermore, a rewe can be reached in one minute walk.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen der Uni (Campus Grifflenberg) und dem Hauptbahnhof bzw. der Innenstadt. Beide sind fußläufig in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Weiterhin halten 4 Buslinien (603, 615, 625, 645) fast vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Blankstraße). Hiervon fahren alle zum Hbf, 2 zur Uni und eine zur Mensa und zum Campus Freudenberg. Während der Vorlesungszeit hält hier außerdem eine E-Linie zur Uni und zum Campus Freudenberg.
Weiterhin ist ein Rewe ist in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.
Your cohabitants are Nik, Lisa and Ahmad. Lisa and Nik study primary education in the Master, Ahmad just admits his studies as a dentist. Under the week we are mostly all here, on weekends we are partly going home.
We like to spend time with our fellow lives. Therefore, it would be nice if you put value on a good coexistence in the WG. Common cooking or games were our favorites so far. If you want to spend more or less time with us, we will definitely find a solution that will allow everyone.
Deine Mitbewohnys sind Nik, Lisa und Ahmad. Lisa und Nik studieren Grundschullehramt im Master, Ahmad lässt gerade sein Studium als Zahnarzt anerkennen. Unter der Woche sind wir meistens alle da, am Wochenende fahren wir teilweise nach Hause.
An sich verbringen wir gerne Zeit mit unseren Mitbewohnys. Daher wäre es schön, wenn auch Du Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander in der WG legst. Gemeinsames Kochen oder Spieleabende waren dafür bisher unsere Favoriten. Falls Du mehr oder weniger Zeit mit uns verbringen möchtest, finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung, die allen zusagt.

Furthermore, the walls are relatively thin and contain sound only little to the surrounding rooms. We are not fans of great volume, so you shouldn't be the type that is constantly celebrating parties at home (but sometimes it's okay) or listening to music at full volume.

Aufgrund einer Atemwegserkrankung eines der Mitbewohnys, möchten wir keine Leute, die rauchen.
Weiterhin sind die Wände relativ dünn und dämmen Schall nur wenig zu den umliegenden Räumen ab. Wir sind keine Fans von großer Lautstärke, also solltest Du möglichst nicht der Typ sein, der andauernd Partys Zuhause feiert (ab und an ist natürlich okay) oder Musik auf voller Lautstärke hört.
