Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 88qm groß, die meisten Zimmer stehen beiden Bewohnern zur Verfügung (also knapp 60qm + die 15 vom Zimmer), es ist also viel Platz vorhanden. Sie hat ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, zwei 15qm Zimmer für die Bewohner sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine) und ein Bad mit Wanne. Einen Balkon gibts auch. Die Skizze ist überhaupt nicht Maßstabsgetreu, sie zeigt nur die Aufteilung.
Bis zum HBF sind es 9 Minuten mit dem Bus, zu Fuß kann man einen Supermarkt, mehrere Büdchen, Döner und Pizza-Buden erreichen. Auch ein Park liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die "sonstigen Kosten" verstehen sich inklusive ALLEM, also mit Telefon (ISDN, Festnetz-Flatrate), DSL (6Mbit Flatrate), Kabel-TV, Strom und Gas. Bei den Nebenkosten handelt es sich um die Müll und Wassergebühren, die an den Vermieter gehen.
