Hallo Wohnungssuchende/ Wohnungssuchender,
Wir suchen ab dem 10.September eine nette Mitbewohnerin zwischen 24 und 35.
Das Zimmer etwa 18qm groß und dank 3 Fenstern in Südrichtung besonders hell .
Die WG ist 115 qm groß und erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Außerdem haben wir sowohl eine Spühl- als auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Elberfeld. Die Innenstadt ist per Schwebebahn oder Bus (Station Westende) in etwa 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe (etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss)
Zurzeit sind wir zu dritt in der WG. Jonas und Martin( 25 und 32 beide Studenten) und Martina (31, berufstätig).
