Hallo zusammen,
Ich bin Tobi, 21 Jahre alt und mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung zum Zimmerer.
Und suche eine/n neue/n, netten Mitbewohner für meine Wohnung in Elberfeld.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, ca. 66 m² groß und wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu renoviert. Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 21 m² (leider mit Dachschräge). Außerdem haben wir eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Spül- und Waschmaschine, sowie ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer, das zur Nutzung beider ist. Innerhalb von nur 5 Minuten stehst du genau in der Innenstadt und das Luisenviertel mit zahlreichen netten Cafés und Kneipen, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt nebenan.
20m von der Haustür entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle mit der du gut mobil bist, falls du kein eigenes Auto besitzt. (Zur Uni sind es auch nur knapp 20 Minuten).
