Im Grunde ist zu sagen, das die Wohnung knapp 78qm groß ist, vor den Türen des Luisenviertels zu Hause ist. Es gibt ein seperates Wohnzimmer samt allem technischen Klimb bim was man sich vorstellen kann. In der Einbauküche befinden sich, Herdt, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank ( groß) und Eisfach ( groß ), zudem ist man sofort an der frischen Luft wenn man die Wohnung verlässt, da das Treppenhaus draussen ist und daher oben ( letzte Etage ) eine kleine Plattform ist, quasi wie ein Balkon. Die haltestelle Ohligsmühle ist direkt vor der Tür, dadurch das die Fenster sehr gut isolier sind, bekommt man davon als auch vom Verkehr garnichts mit. Ein wenig Schwindelfrei sollte man allerdings vielleicht sein, denn es ist verdammt hoch...
