wir vermieten in unserer schönen WG die schon seit ´88 exestiert ein Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird von uns zur Zwischenmiete vermietet, vorerst für 3 Monate. Es ist groß, hell, mit Laminatboden und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Lage der WG ist zentral,10min Gehweg zum Luisenviertel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi&Netto) in dierekter Nähe,der Bus braucht zum Hbf ca. 5 min und zur Uni sind es etwa 20 min.
Die Autobahn und eine Tankstelle sind sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer kostet 260 euro, darin sind alle Kosten enthalten (Nebenkosten, WSW, Telefon, Internet).
Wir sind keine Zweck WG,wir machen oft und gerne was miteinander aber eher spontan wir haben also keinen festen Kochtag oder ähnliches.
Wir würden uns freuen dir das Zimmer zu zeigen also melde dich einfach wenn du interessiert bist.
