Hallo ihr WG-Suchenden :)
Ab dem 1.09. möchten wir eine WG gründen. Die passende Wohnung haben wir schon. Es fehlt nur noch ein netter und aufgeschlossener Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß. Die Miete beträgt ca. 240€ (inkl. aller Nebenkosten).
Die Wohnung ist hell und verfügt über ein großes Bad und Küche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 min von der Schwebebahn Pestalozzistraße entfernt. Zur Uni braucht man ca. 15 min.
Akzenta, Aldi sind auch direkt um die Ecke und in 5 min zu erreichen.
Ein Biergarten ist auch nicht weit weg;)
Die Laufwege am Zoo bieten sich perfekt zum Joggen an.
Vor dem Haus gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze, wo meistens auch etwas frei ist.
Wir, Henner(24) und Alina(19), suchen noch einen dritten netten und zuverlässigen Mitbewohner. Wir studieren bald beide im 3. Semester an der Uni Wuppertal.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass man mal was gemeinsam macht, aber auch genauso jeder seine Privatsphäre hat.
