Hallo Zimmersuchende,
mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner ist gerad nach Schottland ausgewandert. Deswegen suche ich nun kurzfristig eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für meine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß, hell und sonnig. Es kostet 160€ Kaltmiete zzgl. NK in Höhe von 90€. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten mit einer großen Küche und einem Balkon. Ansonsten ist sie ruhig gelegen, und mit dem Bus sind es ca. nur 5 min nach Elberfeld Zentrum. Ein DSL- Anschluss ist vorhanden und kann über W-LAN genutzt werden. Das Zimmer kann ab sofort besichtigt und bezogen werden. Spätere Einzugstermine z.B. ab April sind aber durchaus auch möglich. Wer etwas zur Zwischenmiete sucht, kann sich auch gern melden. Die noch vorhandenen Möbel können zudem bei Gefallen gegen einen kleinen Obolus übernommen werden.
