Das ca. 21 m² große Zimmer wird ab 01.06.2021 (verhandelbar) frei. Es verfügt über hohe Altbaudecken und die zwei großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein. Die Fenster dämmen den Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße sehr gut, so dass man in Ruhe schlafen kann.
Die ca. 95 m² große Wohnung umfasst ein Wohnzimmer und eine ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank sowie ein großes Bad und ein kleines WC. Somit kann der Morgen ganz entspannt ablaufen, da man nicht vor der Toilette schlänge stehen muss. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage und verfügt über ein Kellerabteil, sowie einem Hinterhof für Fahrräder.

The room is about 21m² and will be available from 01.06.2021 (can be discussed). The room is situated in an old building, and equipped with two large windows and high ceiling. The windows let in plenty of lights and very good at avoiding the noises from outside while closing it for a very silent sleep.
The shared-flat is about 95 m² and with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and a fridge, a big bath room with a bathtub, a small toilet with a shower. So everyone can have a very relaxed morning for taking a comfortable shower. There is also a washing machine in the basement. The flat is on the 1st floor and here is backyard for bicycles.
Die Lage ist super. Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich in Wuppertal-Elberfeld in der Nordstadt, gegenüber der alten Feuerwache und in der Nähe der beliebten Nordbahntrasse. Von dort fahren Busse in nahzu alle Richtungen und auch zur Universität. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Ludwigstraße) ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, von dort fährt man 3 Haltestellen zum Hbf und in 20 Minuten ist man an der Universität.
Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5-10 min die Utopiastadt, die Hardt, die Innenstadt sowie das Luisenviertel erreichen. Das Cafe Ada ist direkt um die Ecke, ebenso ein türkischer und ein asiatischer Supermarkt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B Netto, Penny oder Edeka) und Imbisse sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind also grenzenlos.

Location
The location is great. This beautiful flat is situated in Wuppertal-Elberfeld in the northern part of the city (Nordstadt). It is opposite to an old fire station and near the popular northern railway line (Nordbahntrasse). From here, the public transportation is very convenience. Many bus lines are working to almost all directions and directly to the university. The nearest bus stop (Ludwigstraße) is only a two-minute walk away, you just take 3 stops to the main train station (Wuppertal Hbf) and in 20 minutes you can reach university directly by line 645.
The Utopiastadt, the Hardt, the city center and the Luisenviertel are easily reached on foot within 5-10 minutes. The popular and famous Cafe Ada is located around the corner, as there is a Turkish and an Asian supermarket as well. Shops (e.g. Netto, Penny or Edeka) and snack bars are also within walking distance. So the shopping possibilities are limitless.
Mit dir in der Wohnung leben Teresa und Jost. Teresa und Jost sind aufgeschlossen, freundlich und lieben die Natur sowie das Radfahren. Beide Mitbewohner können gut kochen, was ab und an zu leckeren Mahlzeiten am Abend führen kann.
Das Leben hier ist ziemlich ruhig, angenehm und unkompliziert, und es gibt insgesamt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Zuhause trifft man sich gerne, oder isst zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche. Natürlich ist einem keiner böse, falls man mal seine Ruhe braucht und sich in seinem Zimmer zurückzieht. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck WG, jedoch sind beide berufstätig, weshalb sich das WG Leben eher am Abend abspielt.

The life in shared-flat
Teresa and Jost live with you in the shared-flat. Teresa and Jost are open-minded and friendly roommates. Both of them love nature and cycling. They are good at cooking, which can lead to tasty meals in the evening every now and then.
The life in here is pretty calm, comfortable, straightforward, and there is an overall very relaxed atmosphere. People like to meet at home, or eat together in the living room or in the kitchen. Of course, no one is angry if you need some rest and retreat to your room. It is not a purpose-built shared-flat, but both are employed, which is why flat share life takes place more in the evening.
Die Gesamtmiete (zurzeit 295,50€) umfasst alle Kosten (z.B Miete, Nebenkosten, GEZ, WIFI und Strom), was bedeutet, dass Sie keine zusätzliche monatliche Kosten zahlen müssen.
