Zimmer ist mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bett ausgestattet.
Gemeinsam genutzt werden Küche und Balkon. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Duschbad, welches aber geteilt werden muss.
Da es sich um keine Zweck-WG handelt, sollte die Chemie stimmen.

Momentan sind wir zu zweit, Eva und ich (Jonathan).
Leben in der Wg ist mit ihr sehr einfach, über mich muss sie euch dann erzählen :D.
Ich kann nur sagen das wir sauber leben und ich mir als Vermieter keinen einfacheren WG-partner vorstellen kann als sie!
Hauptsache ihr könnt euch mit ihr auf englisch verständingen, da sie sonst nur spanisch spricht.
Dann klappt auch das teilen des Bades (bei engpässen darf meins natürlich mit genutzt werden).
Bei fragen fragt kostet nix.
