Beide Zimmer sind relativ groß. Alle Möbel die man so braucht passen rein. Das kleinere Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vergeben. Schrank, kleiner Schreibtisch der als Schminktisch aktuell genutzt wird, eine Ikea Kommode, ein Kalax Regal, ein kleines Sofa und Sofatisch würden im Zimmer bleiben. Die Möbel würde ich dir kostenlos überlassen und sind alle noch in einem guten Zustand.
Das andere Zimmer ist etwas größer und wird leer vergeben. Wenn ihr also zu zweit seid, wäre es optimal, da beide Zimmer frei werden.
Das WG Zimmer liegt direkt am Wagnerplatz. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist der Vulkan Döner. Zwei Gehminuten entfernt liegt der Norma und der Edeka ehemals Kupsch. Die Strabahaltestelle Wagnerplatz und Brucknerstraße liegen auch direkt um die Ecke. Damit ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Auch zu Fuss ist man in 7-10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Deinen zukünftiger Mitbewohner kannst du dir aussuchen, da Levi auch aus der WG ausziehen wird, daher kannst du dir mit jemand anderem eine WG gestalten wie du es willst.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 292€ für das kleinere Zimmer
Das andere Zimmer hat momentan eine Kaltmiete von 313€, da es etwas größer ist. Die Nebenkosten werden geteilt.
