Hallo Ihr WG-suchenden,
Wir sind eine 6er WG am Külzufer 9 und suchen zwiscchen 1.März und 1.April einen Zwischenmieter für eines unserer Zimmer. Geboten sind jede Menge Platz auf 18 m², eine große Fensterfront mit Südausrichtung und Parkett-Fußboden.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich unter dem Dach, es trampelt euch also niemand auf dem Kopf herum. Ausgestattet natürlich mit allem was man zum überleben braucht, besonders die große Küche – wo oft zusammen gekocht, gelacht und geplaudert wird. Deine potenziellen Mitbewohner sind Studenten und solche, die es einmal waren.
Zum Haus gehört ein grüner Garten und eine Feuerstelle mit garantiertem Grill-Potenzial für laue Sommerabende.
Die Lage könnte, besonders als Student, kaum besser sein. Zur Mensa sinds nur zwei Minuten und auch die anderen Gebäude der Hochschule sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt’s auch zahlreiche. Lidl, Kaufland und Toom sind gleich um die Ecke und was Bäckereien angeht, gibt’s in Zittau mehr als genug.
