The small room has 11 square meters and is fully furnished; there is a bed with bedding, desk, chair, armchair, chest of drawers and a clothes rack in the room and the space is used ideally thanks to the loving furnishings. The rental costs already include all ancillary costs as well as electricity, heating, WLAN, GEZ. The washing machine with dryer and drying room is in the basement. There is also a possibility to park bicycles in the yard. Another plus point: the sauna and swimming pool are in the adjacent building and can be reached via the basement corridor and can be used free of charge (ideal to endure the cold season - but not or only partially usable during Corona.)

In addition to the bathroom, there is also a separate toilet in the apartment, so there are hardly any bottlenecks in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots, dishwasher and refrigerator. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and cleaning utensils fully equipped.

At the moment Divya 23, Petro 24 and Me 27 live in the flat share. Divya did her Masters in Düsseldorf and now works in Ismaning as a graphic designer and social media expert. Petro is in his 2nd semester studying artificial intelligence and robotics and is also working as a student trainee at an IT company. Im currently working in a German company and starting to do my thesis so I need to move out due that my thesis will be in another city. That's why we are still looking for a nice roommate who is also studying or has just started her career in Munich. In our free time we like to cook (also together, do sports or relax. The current flatmates are very nice, helpful and considerate. The apartment is very well maintained and the area is quiet, relaxed and green and yet you have a wonderful connection to the city Although we are learning German, we speak almost exclusively English in the flat share.
We attach great importance to our own freedom and everyone has the opportunity to withdraw, but we are not a purely functional flat share, so that one or the other joint activities such as cooking together arise. Zorneding is about 20 minutes by S-Bahn from Ostbahnhof in the east of Munich. The S-Bahn connection to Munich, every 10 minutes in the morning and every 20 minutes during the day. Walking distance to the S-Bahn 5 - 8 minutes. 20 minutes Ostbahnhof, 28 minutes to Marienplatz Munich and a total of 40 minutes to TUM and LMU.

There are bakers, libraries, pharmacies, doctors, cafes, post offices, stationery shops and an Edeka about 5 minutes away on foot and there are other shops in the commercial area (15 minutes). By car you are right on the B304 and the Autobahn exit Haar is about 10 minutes away.
