Das Zimmer ist ca 17m2 gross mit Fenster und Abendsonne. Die Wohnung hat eine gemeinsame grosszügige Küche, Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Du hast in der WG dein eigenes Badezimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung. Susanne und Basti teilen sich das zweite. Direkt in der Wohnung gibt es Waschmachine und Tumbler.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, die Terrasse ist leider nur in Absprache mit der Verwaltung zugänglich.
Im Keller gibt es einen Veloraum sowie ein zu der WG gehörendes Kellerabteil.
The room is about 16m2 with window and evening sun. The flat has a spacious kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. You have your own bathroom. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat.
The flat has a balcony, but the terrace is only accessible by arrangement with the administration.
There is a bicycle room in the basement and a cellar compartment belonging to the flat-sharing community.
Die grosse 4.5 Zimmerwohnung findet sich direkt bei der Bushaltestelle Letzibach. Innerhalb von 10 Fahrradminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum oder auf der Werdinsel.
The large 4.5 room flat is located directly at the Letzibach bus stop. Within 10 minutes by bike you can reach the city centre or the Werdinsel.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Basti (32) und Susanne (34). Susanne und Basti sind beide arbeitstätig. Ihre Freizeit gestallten beide aktiv, oft auch mit Outdooraktivitäten (Wandern, Klettern, Tauchen etc). Gemeinsame Aktivitäten werden geschätzt, finden aber in unregelmässigen Abständen statt.
You will live with Basti (32) and Susanne (35). Susanne and Basti both work. They both spend their free time actively, often with outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, diving etc). Joint activities are appreciated, but take place at irregular intervals.
