Hey,
ich stelle mein Zimmer im Studentenhaus der Woko in der Altstetterstrasse 183 in 8048 Zürich zur Untermiete vom 1. Dezember 2017 bis zum 31.März 2018 bereit. Das Studentenhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Lindenplatz, wo man mit der Tram 2 und verschiedenen Buslinien (78,80,..) abfahren kann, ca.10 Minuten entfernt liegt der Bahnhof Altstetten mit guten Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Es ist vollständig möbliert von der Woko mit Schrank, kleinem Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Von mir steht ein grosses Bett zusätzlich im Zimmer, das benützt werden kann. Ansonsten gibt es in jedem Zimmer ein kleines eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Die Küche teilt man sich mit meinen 11 reizenden internationalen Mitbewohnern, die mal mehr, mal weniger in der Küche anfzutreffen sind. Es gibt ausserdem auch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen, einen Party- und Kinoraum, sowie einem Sport- und Musikzimmer, die alle genützt werden dürfen. Wenn man also Anschluss finden möchte, ist dies zum Beispiel in der Küche easy möglich, es gibt aber auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Da es sich um ein Studentenhaus handelt, müsstet Ihr Student sein und höchstens 29 beim Einzugsdatum. Die Miete betragt 470 CHF bzw. 450 CHF ab Februar aufgrund der Mietzinsreduktion, all inclusive Internet usw.. Ich freue mich über eure Anfrage und würde auch gleich diese Woche zur Besichtigung einladen.

Hey,
my room at the student house by Woko in Altstetterstrasse 183 in 8048 Zurich is available to sublet from 1st December 2017 to 31st March 2018. The student house is located near Lindenplatz, where you can take tram 2 and various bus lines (78.80, ..), about 10 minutes away is the Altstetten station with good connections. It is fully furnished by Woko with wardrobe, small bed with mattress, desk and desk chair. I have a large bed in the room, which can be also used. Otherwise, there is a small private bathroom with shower and toilet in each room. The kitchen will be shared with my 11 lovely international flatmates, who are sometimes more, sometimes less in the kitchen. There is also a laundry room with washing machines, a party and cinema room, and a sports and music room, all of which may be used. So if you want to connect, this is easily possible in the kitchen, but there are also enough retreats.
Since this is a student house, you have to be a student and not more than 29 at the move-in date. The rent is 470 CHF or 450 CHF from February on due to the rent reduction, all inclusive internet, etc .. I am pleased about your request and would like to invite you this week for a visit.
