The 100 m2 apartment is located in the ground floor of a three story building with 7 flats. It has two private rooms, one 16 m2, the other one 20 m2. One of this rooms is available for rent. Both rooms are facing a small quiet side road.
All other rooms are shared and for common uns.
Semi open kitchen, dining area, living room, terrace, garden, bathroom, guests toilet, corridors, larder. Limited storing space in the basement is on request. From time to time there is a guest-dog staying in the flat.
Bus station to Zürich is in 5 minutes walking distance. You can also reach the city, especially HB via S 10 Uetliberg-Train from station Waldegg, which is 11 minutes walking away.
There are 3 supermarkets, bakery, butcher and other shopping areas in close distance. By car you reach the highway (Westumfahrung) within 5 minutes. The apartment is very close to the countryside for walking, jogging, biking etc.
At the moment the apartment is used as a base for a business guy, living most of the time in Germany or other areas of Switzerland. Once in a while he is using the apartment for home-office, weekend visits or when having business meetings in the area. Sometimes he is accompanied by his partner and his cute family dog. The new flatmate should be well mannered and appreciate the private atmosphere and the tasteful fit out of the apartment. He will mostly be by himself in the apartment. Privacy should be respected from both sides as non of the rooms or cupboards are locked.
If together in the apartment, nice communication, a coffee or meal together etc is appreciated. Consumables will be shared fairly, food and beverage is in the responsibility of each party.
During the absence of the main flatmates please water the three plants in the living room and empty the mailbox regularly. From time to time, please forward an envelope with important mail to a given address.
Regular cleaning of the apartment needs to be arranged, cost will be shared appropriately.
There are washing facilities in the basement of the buildings, kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, cattle and dishwasher.
Request is a well mannered, respectful, open minded and tidy flatmate.
