We are renting 2 rooms in a beautiful and centrally located apartment.
The spacious 5.5 room apartment (200 m2) is located on the first attic floor of a detached corner house built in 1889 at Klosbachstrasse 33 in Hottingen.
It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one equipped kitchen, one living room and a balcony. We recently moved in so, we are still furnishing and giving it our own personal touches. The apartment also includes a cellar and a common laundry room in the basement.
We have 2 rooms available, and we are looking for 2 flatmates or 1 that would rent both rooms.
Rent per room is 1600 all included
The building is located opposite the Artergut, which, with its park, old trees and large children's playground, plays an important role as a neighborhood meeting place.
Shops, post office, restaurants, schools and day care centers are in the immediate vicinity; An excellent connection to public transport is guaranteed by the proximity to Kreuzplatz and Stadelhofen. Old town and lake are within walking distance; The local recreation area Adlisberg with its extensive forest area can be reached in a few minutes with the Dolderbahn from the Römerhof.

I'd lived in a bunch of European countries, I speak 3 languages and I love to direct translate idioms and sayings.
We are currently looking for a couple of flatmates to share this stunning apartment, we will share living room, kitchen and one bathroom, and divide home chores, we try to keep common areas as tidy as possible.
You can expect to find us sometimes working from home, and we travel often for work.
Weekend dinners or brunch with friends are welcome, we are mindful with others, so we usually ask first.
