Das tolle ist am Wohnen in der Altstadt, dass der Metzger 20, die Apotheke 1 Minute, Bars und Restaurants 30 Schritte vor der Haustür liegen. Zum Tram an der Limmat sind’s 30 Sekunden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es im Haus ruhig und die Atmosphäre mit nichts zu vergleichen, vor allem, wenn man vom ersten Stock wie von einer Veranda auf den Platz sieht. Meine Mitbewohnerin fliegt nach fast drei Jahren Wohngemeinschaft in die Welt hinaus. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und für WG-Kollegen mit Anspruch auf kultiviertes Wohnen, ideal. Ich bin ein umgänglicher Typ und suche eine Mitbewohnerin die sich auf Verträglichkeit von Nähe und Distanz versteht.
The great thing about living in the old town is that the butcher is 20 steps away, the pharmacy 1 minute, bars and restaurants 30 steps. It takes 30 seconds to the tram at the Limmat. With the windows closed, it is quiet in the house and the atmosphere can't be compared to anything, specially if you look down on the square. My roommate leaves abroad after almost three years of living together. The apartment is spacious and ideal for flatmates with a demand for cultivated living. I am a sociable type and am looking for a flatmate who is able to balance distance and proximity.
