Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für ein frei werdendes Zimmer in unserer 5er WG ab dem 01.04.2024. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm2 gross, hell und teilmöbliert. Wir wohnen in einem Einfamilienhaus mit Garten und Terrasse. Wir teilen uns eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Badezimmer und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine.

We are looking for a new flatmate for a vacant room in our shared flat for 5 people. The room is available from 01.04.2024. The room is approx. 15 sqm, bright and partly furnished. We live in a detached house with garden and terrace. We share a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cosy living room with fireplace, two bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bushaltestelle Glaubtenstrasse (2 Gehminuten). Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten am ETH Campus Hönggerberg. Mit dem Velo oder dem Bus benötigt man etwa 20 Minuten zum UZH Campus Irchel oder ins Zentrum. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
The house is located in a quiet side street, but in walking distance of the bus stop Glaubtenstrasse (2 minutes). The ETH Hönggerberg campus is a 15 minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes by bike or bus to the UZH Campus Irchel or the city centre. There are numerous shopping facilities in the neighbourhood.
Unser WG-Leben ist unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Wir essen gerne gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen zum Sport. Ricarda studiert Biologie, Lennard arbeitet in einem Software-Unternehmen, Nils promoviert in Biologie und Natalie in Medizin. Wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG. Wir suchen eine respektvolle Person für unser harmonisches und eher ruhiges WG-Leben.
Our shared flat life is uncomplicated and very friendly. We like to eat together or do sports together. Ricarda is studying biology, Lennard works in a software company, Nils is doing a PhD in biology and Natalie is doing her MD. We are a non-smokers. We are looking for a respectful person for our rather quiet shared flat.
