The room is fully furnished and is looking towards a nice and quiet courtyard. The flat has a modern kitchen and a big living room to hang out and watch TV. There is a rooftop terrace perfect for the summer. All costs are included (WiFi, TV, heating, electricity, cleaning lady).
It is well situated near the city center with good public transport connections. The train station, Binz, is 5 minutes away by foot and the next supermarket just 2 minutes. The Zürich lake is also not far from the flat, as well as sporting facilities and parks to relax.
I am renting out the room for 3 months. You will be living with Tong who is a filmmaker and happy to cook with you and show you around in Zürich. Tong´s cat, Kimiko, is also living in the flat. We have a very relaxed and easy going flat live.
The moving in and moving out dates are flexible. The room can also be had in September already and moving out is flexible until January.
