Mein Zimmer befindet sich in einer offenen und herzlichen 7-ner Wg an der Uetlibergstr. 111, die zur WOKO gehört. Es ist geräumig und rechteckig-geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für Möbel oder sportliche Aktivitäten. Dein grosses Fenster ist gleichzeitig ein kleiner "Balkon", so dass du gut um die Ecken auf den Platz vor deinem Fenster schauen kannst oder auch Pflanzen dort plazieren könntest. Momentan ist es zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einer Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderstange und Stühlen. Bis Ende Juli kannst du natürlich gerne meine Ausstattung benutzen, aber ab 31.07 (falls du dich dafür interessierst Mietende*r zu werden) wäre das Zimmer unmöbliert (jedoch könnte ich dir Kommode und Kleiderstange zum Beispiel vermachen). Du teilst dir das Badezimmer mit Andre und Jona. Insgesamt gibt es drei Badezimmer in der gesamten Wg, eine gemeinsame Küche, gemeinsamen Essbereich und ein geteiltes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse draußen.

Your room is part of a welcoming and open shared flat with 6 other flatmates in one of the WOKO buildings at Uetlibergstr. 111A. It is spacious, rectangular-shaped and offers enough space for furniture or doing sport inside. Your big window is also a kind of a balcony where you can look around the corner of the open space in front of your feet or where you could put some plants. My furnishing is basic and provides a mattress, desk, chairs, drawer and a hanging rail. Until the end of July you could of course use my furniture, but starting then the room is - within the contract if you like to take over a a full tenant - unfurnished - nevertheless that is negotiable. You would share the bathroom with Andre and Jona. In total, we have three bathrooms to share, a shared kitchen, sitting area and a living room with access to the terrace outside.

Die Wg befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Uetliberges mit Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Wandertoren und sportliche Aktivitäten.
Sie ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen und liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Zürich Binz.
Der See, der Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum sind nicht weit entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Denner und Migros sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The shared flat lies underneath the Uetliberg with the possibility for walks, hiking trips and doing sports.
The location is well-connect with trains, trams and buses and the station Zürich Binz is closed by.
The lake, the main station and the city centre are close by as well.
There is Lidl, Denner and Migros also in walking distance from the flat.
Wir sind Hannes, Sophie, Andre, Ananya, Jona, Niclas und Lara (Ich).
Mir persöhnlich ist eine warme Atmosphäre in der Wg sehr wichtig und deshalb fühle ich mich wohl hier und habe gerne mit den anderen zusammen gekocht, gegessen, Diskussionen geführt, die Stadt erkundet oder mal gemütlich einen Film geschaut. Wir sind alle Studierende (manche arbeiten auch parallel) der Wissenschaft und der Künste, wobei Hannes und ich als Schauspielstudierende in der Unterzahl sind. Jedoch ist diese Verteilung gerade umso vielseitiger und bunter für Diskussionen, Gespräche und Entdeckungen. We are Hannes, Sophie, Andre, Ananya, Jona, Niclas and Lara (Me).
Personally it is very important for me to live in a warm atmosphere in the flat. Therefore, I feel very comfortable with the others and have loved it to join them for cooking sessions, shared meals, discussions, exploring the city or watching a movie. We are all students (some of us work as well) of science and the arts, whereas Hannes and I are in the minority with our acting course. Nevertheless, the talks, discussions and explorations are in this way much more layered and richer.

UNTERMIETER*IN BIS 31.07 GESUCHT MIT MÖGLICHKEIT UNBEFRISTETE*R MIETENDE*R AB 31.07 ZU WERDEN!!!
Ich suche eine Person, die meinen Vertrag als Untermieter*in von Mitte Mai/Anfang Juni bis Ende Juli übernimmt. Ab dem 31.07 gibt es die Möglichkeit dann unbefristet Mieter*in des Zimmers zu werden, natürlich in Abspache mit meiner Wg. Du solltest eine offene Art haben und Spass daran haben mit anderen zusammen zu wohnen. Die Anderen freuen sich sicher, wenn du dich mal für gemeinsame Aktionen einklinkst, wie zum Beispiel Kochen oder Kino. Ansonsten hat jede*r in der Wg seinen Unistudenplan und respektiert die Privatsphäre der anderen.

I am looking for a person to cover my contract as a subtenant starting from mid May/beginning of June till the end of July. From the 31.07 onwards there is the possibility that you could become a permanent tenant in the shared flat - that is open for discussion with my flatmates. You should be an open person and willing to live together with others. The others will be happy if you join them from time to time for shared activities like cooking or going to the movies. Apart from that, everybody has her*his own timetable from Uni and is respecting the private space of the others.
