Für den ganzen Januar untervermiete ich vollmöbliert mein ca. 15m2 Zimmer in einer sehr schönen und hellen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im lebendigen Kreis 4 der Stadt Zürich. Sie ist an einer ruhigen Strasse zwischen Bäckeranlage und Lochergut gelegen und somit sehr zentral und mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wasch- und Spülmaschinen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG mit einem sehr grossen Wohnzimmer, die mit einem ausgesprochen unkomplizierten und netten Mitbewohner (35) zu teilen wäre.
Einzug vor Weihnachten und Auszug Mitte Februar, evtl. nach Absprache sogar später, möglich. Im Preis von 1170CHF ist alles inbegriffen inkl. Internet. Bei Bedarf könnte die Miete gern in Euro überwiesen werden
I am subletting my fully furnished, ca. 15m2 room for the whole month of January in a very beautiful and bright 3-room apartment in the lively 4th district of Zurich. It is located on a quiet street between Bäckeranlage and Lochergut, very central and at close walking distance from several grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The flat has a very large living room, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, and its own washing-machine, which is a rarity in Switzerland. You would share it with a nice, quiet and easy-going 35 years old roommate.
It would also be possible to move in before Christmas and move out towards mid-February, or even later upon arrangement. The price of 1170 includes everything, also internet, and you could pay the rent in euros if you wish
