Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Lochergut nahe des Stadtzentrums. ÖV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und vieles mehr sind direkt um die Ecke. Der See und der Hauptbahnhof sind in ca. 10 min per Tram oder Velo erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal.
