Hello there
This two person flat offers 3.5 rooms, including a large living room with balcony.
Its located right in the middle of Kreis 4. Less then ten minutes walking to the main station. Limmat, Langstrasse, Europaallee and Bäckeranlage being very close as well.
Your flat mate will be Wendy. In order to apply you should be a working person, roughly between 28 and 36. We always kept our flat share life uncomplicated.
You also should be okay with pets as Wendy owns a very friendly russian blue cat. Together with Wendy you will be the main tenant. Your deposit will be 4´000 CHF.
I will leave the flat in the end of October. So if you want to move in earlier then the 1st. of November, we might work something out.
