Hey there! :) Are you looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay for some time at the beginning of the year? Look no further, I am subletting my room for 5 weeks from January 13th to February 17th, 2023. Our shared apartment has got a cozy living room with a balcony, two personal rooms (the one that would be yours is about 17 sq. m. and fully furnished and with a large bed), a kitchen, and a bathroom including a bathtub and a window. You'll be on the top floor (the fifth, to be exact), so you get plenty of natural light and some nice views of Lochergut and the little green area in front of the house. Plus, the apartment is right in the heart of Kreis 4, so you'll be super close to Bahnhof Wiedikon, nice restaurants and bars.
The apartment is located in district 4. The following places are very close:
- Supermarkets Migros/Denner at Wengihof or Coop at Lochergut - 4 min by foot
- Bahnhof Wiedikon - 7 min by foot
- Little park "Pflanzschulwiese" - right next to the house
- Bäckeranlage - 4 min by foot
- Langstrasse - 11 min by foot
- Zurich HB - 14 min by tram
You'll be sharing the apartment with my flat mate, Flora (who speaks German, Swiss German and English), a student at ZHdK and super nice and easy going. We have a respectful and friendly WG dynamic, and we value open communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect in our shared living space (living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom).
We are looking for a responsible and easy-going person (between 20 and 35), ideally looking for a temporary or transitional living arrangement who is respectful of shared spaces and considerate of their roommate. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
