Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein kuschliges WG-Zimmer in Zürich Oberstrass per 01.01.2021, oder auch früher nach Vereinbarung.
Die Wohnung ist mit ca 90 qm sehr gross und mit ihren grossen Fenstern ist es immer sehr schön hell und weitläufig in der Wohnung. Zum Entspannen lädt der grosse Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne ein. Im Sommer machen wir gerne zusammen ein BBQ mit unserem Gasgrill. Im Winter kochen wir ganz gerne ein Weihnachtsessen und sitzen gemütlich im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht: Ein Waschturm ist in der Wohnung, zwei Bäder mit Fussbodenheizung und in der Küche haben wir eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit zwei unkomplizierten, aufgestellten Mitbewohnern teilen: John (30), ist Consultant, Enrica (31) ist eine quirlige Italienerin, beide arbeiten viel und relaxen gerne am Abend. Da ich Zürich verlasse, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein kuscheliges Zimmer. Die Möbel können bei Interesse gerne zu 600CHF übernommen werden, Interessenten, die die Möbel übernehmen, haben Vorrang. Für uns ist wichtig, dass jemand einzieht, der es ordentlich und sauber mag und die Privatsphäre anderer respektiert.

Amazing room in flat share near HB
Amazing shared flat in Zurich Oberstrass very close to public transportation (Bus 33, Trams 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 & 15 within 5 minute’s walk) and to supermarkets (Migros, Denner & Coop within 5 minute’s walk). The tram 7 takes you to Paradeplatz in 10 minutes. Walking distance to HB and Central is between 10-15 min!
The flat is open and filled with sunlight, on the second floor of a building with four floors! There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub (washer & dryer as well) and one with a shower. We have a huge balcony facing a garden with a grill and sun from noon onward.
The lounge and kitchen is open in a large common area with a big dinner table for nice dinners and a comfortable couch. We also have a storage unit in the cellar.
The rent is 1390 CHF, 1500 CHF include all the shared expenses (internet, electricity and a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks). A deposit is also payed to the agency per Swiss law, each person in the flat has their own deposit account with the agency. You will be sharing the flat with 2 international young professionals, John (30 yrs, German) and Enrica (30 yrs, Italian), who work quite a lot during the week and like to relax in the apartment during the evening and weekends.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and easy going, and clean and tidy, and respects others the common areas.
As I am moving away, I am selling all the furniture in the room as seen in the photos! Please note that buying the furniture is a must for this room.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof, und ist verkehrstechnisch über eine Bushaltestelle (33) und Tramlinien (Nr. 7,15, 14, 11,9, 10) sehr gut angebunden, ausserdem befinden sich ein Migros, Denner, Coop und Apotheken ganz in der Nähe. Der Kreis 6 ist eher ein bisschen ruhiger, ist jedoch nah am Szeneviertel Langstrasse, und im Sommer nur einen Katzensprung vom erfrischenden Sprung in die saubere Limmat entfernt.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit zwei unkomplizierten, aufgestellten Mitbewohnern teilen: John (30), ist Consultant, Enrica (31) ist eine quirlige Italienerin, beide arbeiten viel und relaxen gerne am Abend. Beide sind sehr offen und rücksichtsvoll. Im Sommer grillen wir gerne zusammen auf dem Balkon, im Winter kochen wir gerne zusammen ein Adventsessen.
Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau für die Räumlichkeiten. Dies kostet ca 25 CHF pro Person, also ca 50 CHF im Monat.
Die Möbel in meinem Zimmer möchte ich am liebsten mit abgeben, Interessenten, die meine Möbel übernehmen werden, wenn auch sonst alles passt, bevorzugt. Das Klavier kann bei Interesse ggf.ebenfalls abgegeben werden.
