The airy apartment in a Minergie building has been built recently. The flat has 94 square meters, a 20 square meter balcony, wash machine, dishwasher and large windows facing the river and forest. We would share the flat between the two of us. Your room is furnished with a bed and a cupboard, is approximately 12 square meters large with direct access to the balcony (which can also be reached via the kitchen). The rent includes TV and electricity. Unfortunately, the agency does not allow car owners. However, they make available an electric car for 40 CHF per day for us to use.
I am looking for a friendly and energetic young professional (female). If you only plan to stay in Zurich for a few months, that is also ok.
I (female) am in my twenties and work as a strategy consultant in Zurich but am travelling most of the time. On the weekends, I like to do sports, meet friends and do city trips.
3 min by foot to the train station Leimbach. The train takes 10 minutes to HB or 5 minutes to Sihlcity.
