Das Zimmer, welches ab den 15. November frei wird ist ca. 3m x 2.45m gross und hat direkter Zugang zum grossen Balkon.
Wir teile uns 2 Badezimmer zu 4, und haben eine Waschmachine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung. Das riesige Wohnzimmer-Kuche ist sehr hell und hat ebenfalls direkter Zugang zum Balkon.
Ein Doppelbett wäre verfügbar für den/der neue Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer hat eine normale Tür und eine Schiebetür, welches zur Wohnzimmer führt.
The room, which will be free from the 15th of November is approx. 3m x 2.45m and has direct access to our big balcony.
We share 2 Bathrooms between 4 flatmates, and have a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The big living room-kitchen is bright and also has direct access to the balcony.
One double bed would be available for the new flatmate. The room has a normal door and a sliding door leading to the living room.
Die Wohnung liegt gerade bei Max-Bill Platz in, ca. 4 Min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Oerlikon. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Parken in der Nähe. Natur und das Land sind max. 10 min. weg zu Fuss.
The flat is right next to Max-Bill Platz, 4 minutes walking from Oerlikon train station. There are numerous shopping possibilities and restaurant nearby, as well as many parks, and nature and the countryside is 10 min. walking tops.
Wir suchen unkomplizierte/n Mitbewohner/in, ca. 20 bis 35 Jahre alt, mit Erfahrung in WGs und die gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen, aber auch verstehen, dass jeder sein Leben hat und nicht jeden Abend zuhause ist. Geschlecht spielt keine Rolle. Idealerweise würden wir eine/n Mitbewohner/in suchen, welche/r den Mietvertrag mit einen von uns übernehmen könnten.
Wir sind zwei Männer und eine Frau, 26 (Jennifer), 31 (Matteo) und 33 (Renaud) Jahre alt. Wir sind alle Arbeitstätig, Renaud hat eine Tech-Start-up mitbegründet, Matteo ist als Bauingenieur eingestellt, und Jennifer wird demnächst ein PhD in Human Biology anfangen. Wir kommen aus Québec, Genf und Bayern. 2 Wohnen seit über 4 Jahren in Zürich, und Jennifer kommt ganz frisch nach Zürich.Wir können alle fliessend Deutsch und English. In unseren Freizeit unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, gehen in einer Kneipe, Brettspiele spielen oder tanzen (Salsa ist kein Thema, welcher uns einigt, aber der eine von uns liebt es :-)). Natürlich das wäre unter normalen Umständen. Im Moment sind einige dieser Aktivitäten ja beschränkt, wie ihr weisst :-/
We are searching for an uncomplicated flatmate, aged from around 20 to 35, with experience in flat-sharing and gladly share activities together, while understanding that everyone has their own lives and won't be at home every evening. Gender is irrelevant. Ideally we would like a flatmate who could cosign the lease with one of us.
We are two males and one female, 26 (Jennifer), 31 (Matteo) and 33 (Renaud) years old. We are all professionally active, Renaud co-founded a tech-startup, Matteo is a civil engineer and Jennifer will start a PhD in Human Biology. We come from Québec, Geneva and Bayern. Two have been living in Zurich for over 4 years, and Jennifer will be brand new in Zurich. We all speak fluent German and English. During our free time we enjoy going for a beer together, playing some board games or go out dancing (salsa is not something that unites us, but one of us love it :-)). Of course this would be under normal circumstances. At the moment some of those activities are not really feasible, as everybody is painfully aware of.
