I am offering to share a bright and modern 3.5 room flat (80 sq meters) on the 4th floor of a new residential building.
- The flat is fully equipped. I can even offer you furniture (bed, book shelves, closet) for your room but you may as well bring your own furniture and style into our common home.
- The flat is being cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.
Super Verkehrsanbindung - S3, S9, S11, S12, Tram 7 & 12 - zur Innenstadt (15 Min bis HB) sowie zum Flughafen.
Naherholung (Zürichberg, Greifensee, etc.) unmittelbar vor der Haustür.
Public transport connections are frequent and quick (15 min to ZH main station, 25 min to airport).
Close to the City yet only minutes away from the Zurichberg forrest, lake Greifensee, i.e. places to relax or do sports.
Ich komme aus Bayern, bin 32 Jahre alt, ruhig, umgänglich, kompromissbereit. Da ich Vollzeit arbeite und an den Wochenenden viel unterwegs bin um Freunde zu treffen und die Welt zu sehen, bin ich eher ein Gast in dieser schönen 80 qm-Wohnung. Das ist eigentlich Verschwendung!
