Wir sind auf der Suche nach 2 Mitbewohner/innen ab dem 1. März für eine 5-Zimmer Wohnung im Zürcher Seefeld. Der Preis pro Zimmer ist ca. 1'250 CHF, je nach Zimmerwahl. Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine gemütliche Küche. Sie befindet sich im 3. OG, hat aber einen Lift direkt in die Wohnung. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. Da wir selber erst am 1. März einziehen werden, ist die Wohnung bisher noch nicht möbliert. Wir sind daher offen für Deine Vorschläge und Anregungen.
We are looking for 2 flatmates for a 5 room shared flat in Zurich, Seefeld, starting from 1st of March. The price per room is approx. 1'250 CHF, depending on the room. The flat has a spacious living room, a cosy kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It’s in the 3rd floor and has an elevator going directly into the apartment. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Since we are moving in on the 1st March as well, the flat has yet to be furnished and we are open for your design recommendations.
Vor der Wohnung befindet sich die Tramstation Höschgasse mit den Tramlinien 2 und 4, sowie den Bussen 33, 512 und 516. Das Bellevue erreichst Du somit in 5 Min. Neben dem Supermarkt (Coop) vor der Tür, findest Du viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und den Zürisee.
It’s located at the bus stop Höschgasse, so well connected by bus (33/512/516) and by tram (2/4), at 5min distance from Bellevue. There is also a supermarket (Coop) 1 minute away and many restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Wir sind beide 24 und seit letztem Jahr berufstätig, suchen deshalb auch Young Professionals oder Studenten in ihren letzten Semestern. Falls Du Interesse hast, freuen wir uns über Deine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über Dich.
