Auf Grund unseres eigenen Auszugs vermieten wir diese tolle & super zentrale Wohnung für max. 2 Monate (da befristetes Mietverhältnis bis Ende März)
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer + Küche & Bad. Sie ist etwa 80qm groß und hat 2 Balkone. Die Wohnung ist im 3OG gelegen und mit Lift erreichbar. Im Keller hat es eine Waschmaschine u einen Trockner zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung.
Die drei Zimmer haben etwa 25qm, 22qm und 17qm.
Sehr zentral in Kreis 3 gelegen & dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der blauen Zone direkt vor dem Haus. Bisher konnte man auch gut im Innenhof des Hauses parken.
Die Tram-Station Schmiede Wiedikon ist ca. 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Linien 9 u 14 fahren dort unter Anderem. In 10m ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Daneben gibt es auch direkt die Bushaltestelle.
Ein Mitbewohner (männlich, ~25Jahre, deutsch, spanisch, englisch) wohnt bereits in der Wohnung (ihr könnt euch ja beim potentiellen Besuch kennen lernen).
Das gesamte Haus wird im April 2014 renoviert, daher ist die Wohnung auf Ende März 2o14 befristet. Bei Interesse Miete für mindestens 1 Monat (den Februar) und maximal 2 Monate (inkl. März).
Der Preis ist 800CHF (ca. 650€) und enthält alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, ...).
